I have been a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner since 2008. During this period, I have worked solely in Geriatrics. My clinical experience has been in the long term care, skilled nursing, sub acute rehab and assisted living settings. Given my extensive experience of this population in these settings, I specialize in medical record review and consultation with a focus in skilled nursing facilities, such as post acute rehab, long-term care, and assisted living cases. rnMy services assist attorneys in the breakdown of complex medical information and jargon into a very clear and understandable time line. I target gaps in care and any deviations away from best practices, or evidence based practice.
